Cyprus to host a week of Work and Play
Seventeen countries, including players from the newly established Association in Nigeria, have confirmed participation in the II Commonwealth Tenpin Bowling Championship, scheduled from 14-20 February in Paphos, Cyprus.
Bowlers from Australia, Bahamas, Canada, Cyprus, England, Gibraltar, Guernsey, India, Isle of Man, Jersey, Malaysia, Malta, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Singapore and Wales will compete.
During the week of the Championships, the inaugural Congress of the Commonwealth Tenpin Bowling Federation (CTBF) will be held on Wednesday, 16 February and the European Tenpin Bowling Federation Executive Committee will also be holding its Presidium meeting in Paphos on 18/19 February.
Conveniently located adjacent to the Championship venue, the Mayfair Hotel in Paphos has been selected as the official hotel for players, officials and visitors who will converge on Cyprus next month for the busy week of bowling and meetings.

As a popular, international sport, tenpin bowlers from every continent – Africa, Americas, Asia, Caribbean, Europe and Oceania - will be represented at the forthcoming Championships.
